By downloading or using Smart TV Remote: Universal Control("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is rated 4+ on the App Store.

Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App, or create derivative works from it. The App and all associated trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights remain ours.

Compatibility

The App controls network-connected smart TVs that are on the same Wi-Fi network as your device. It does not control televisions that are not connected to a network, and it does not use infrared. Whether a particular TV can be controlled depends on that TV supporting network control; we can't guarantee compatibility with every model or firmware version.

Third-party products

The App interoperates with televisions and streaming platforms made by third parties (such as TCL, Roku, Google, and Amazon). Those products are governed by their own terms, and their behaviour, features, and network protocols may change at any time outside our control, which can affect how the App works.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted control, compatibility with every TV, or that the App will be free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at this same URL. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
